Our Coverage Options

With these programs, a patient can extend their loss, accidental damage and normal wear and tear coverage, providing invaluable peace-of-mind. Practitioners can send repairs directly to the manufacturer or to the repair lab of their choice, upon approval of claim ESCO will cover the repair cost for any repairs during the warranty extension period.

Devices must be in good working order and proper physical condition to be insured.

Protection Plus

Accidental Loss and Damage Only Coverage

Protection Plus is an easy and affordable insurance coverage plan for your patients’ hearing instruments. This plan provides loss and accidental damage coverage, and can be purchased at any point in the hearing instrument’s life.

  • One (1) Loss & Accidental Damage beyond repair**
  • Term — This is an Annual Warranty Plan (12 months of coverage)
  • Benefits may be renewed annually

ESCO is recognized by all of the major manufacturers.

Replacements & Repairs
All replacements devices are made through the original manufacturer. Repairs can be sent to the original manufacturer or an all-make repair lab of the provider’s choice.

No Deductible
ESCO does NOT have a deductible. However, the provider may charge for their time and services while assisting with an ESCO claim.

Payment Options Available
Consumers have the option to pay their policy in full; or convenient monthly payment options are available.

Applications & Claims
Applications and claims can be submitted online or completed in the practitioners office. Applications and Claims can also be mailed or faxed to ESCO.

* Normal wear and tear repairs include problems that happen over time, like wax buildup and excessive battery drain.

** Should the one loss claim be used, the policy is considered earned. No coverage on replacement aid — new coverage will be required.
