Complete Plan

The Complete Plan also provides your patients the benefit of: Replacement hearing aids, and coverage for 2 losses during the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Plan Highlights:
  • Loss & damage beyond repair
  • Available at time of sale (within first 60 days of purchase)
  • Term – Plan covers two (2) hearing aid losses while under Manufacturer’s Warranty
  • Limit of Liability – $250 Ancillary for OEM loss, ESCO Primary for additional loss
  • $200 fitting fee to practitioner on second loss
  • $50 fitting fee to practitioner on repair

Essential Plan

Our most popular plan! The Essential Plan provides patients’ twelve months of uninterrupted loss and damage coverage, and can be purchased at any point in the hearing aid’s life.

Plan Highlights:
  • Loss & damage beyond repair
  • Available during Manufacturer’s Warranty period (after loss, or after warranty expires)
  • Term – Twelve (12) month warranty
  • Limit of Liability – Single loss replacement
  • $200 fitting fee to practitioner on second loss
  • $50 fitting fee to practitioner on repair

Premier Plan

The Premier Plan provides patients’ twelve months of uninterrupted loss, damage and unlimited repair coverage. The Premier Plan can be purchased at any point in the hearing aid’s life.

Plan Highlights:
  • Loss & damage beyond repair
  • Available after Manufacturer’s Warranty expires
  • Term – Twelve (12) month warranty
  • Limit of Liability – Single loss replacement + Unlimited repair coverage
  • $200 fitting fee to practitioner on second loss
  • $50 fitting fee to practitioner on repair
