  • Authorized repairs or replacements are made through the original manufacturer. This ensures that quality is consistent and that the replacement parts are original manufacturer equipment.
  • We use a “bill to, ship to” process, which provides shipments to your office and invoicing to ESCO. You get the product and we get the bill.
  • Direct arrangement allows us to keep the process simple and not get in the way. The repaired or replacement devices get to you and your patient as quickly as possible.
  • We allow customized co-payments for your office. The fees to cover your time and services are paid directly to you by your patient.
